We recently returned to service a commercial security camera system in Whittier that we originally installed last year. This system includes 32 cameras across multiple buildings and is designed to provide reliable monitoring for business operations, parking areas, and key access points.
During the service visit, we identified two cameras that were not functioning properly. After performing a full diagnostic, we found that the issue was caused by damaged wiring. Our team replaced the wiring, tested the system, and restored full functionality across all cameras.

Security camera placement plays a critical role in the overall effectiveness of a surveillance system. In commercial environments, cameras are strategically installed to cover entrances, parking areas, and key operational zones where activity is constant.
A well-designed system not only records events but also helps deter unwanted activity by increasing visibility throughout the property.

PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras provide additional flexibility in large commercial properties. These cameras allow operators to adjust the viewing angle and zoom in on specific areas when needed, making them ideal for monitoring wide spaces such as parking lots and building perimeters.
Combined with fixed 4K cameras, PTZ units enhance overall coverage and improve the ability to capture important details in real time.

Having a centralized monitoring system allows business owners and managers to view all cameras from a single interface. This setup makes it easier to check live activity, review recorded footage, and ensure that all areas are properly covered.
During this service visit, we verified that all cameras were functioning correctly after repairing the damaged wiring, ensuring reliable performance across the entire system.
